An important element of the VibSys Conference is the Young Researchers Competition for the best presentation of research results delivered by an early-career scientist.
Eligibility criteria:
- The submitted work must present original research results.
- The candidate must be under 35 years of age. A signed declaration confirming the candidate’s age must be provided during registration.
- The candidate must be the principal author and main researcher of the presented work.
- To be considered for the award, the candidate must be a registered participant of the VibSys Conference.
Evaluation criteria:
The Competition Committee will assess:
- originality and scientific quality of the research,
- innovativeness of the research methodology and/or use of modern methods,
- potential for practical application of the results,
- clarity, structure, and overall quality of the presentation.
All presentations accepted for the Young Researchers session will be evaluated for the Best Young Researchers Award.
Awards:
- diplomas for first, second, and third place,
- monetary prizes.
